Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–4 business days
- Other locations: 5–10 business days depending on logistics partners

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen logistics issues. In rare cases where delivery is significantly delayed or the shipment is untraceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is packed and shipped you will get a notification on email and Whatsapp with the tracking ID. Moreover you can visit track your order page on website for realtime tracking.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

Exchange:
We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues. The product must be sent back within 7 days from the delivery date, with all tags attached, in original condition, along with the original packaging, courier receipt, invoice, and any accompanying documents.

Replacement:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the replacement process.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
